Extreme TETRA Service Testing in Snowdonia
Samdale are engaged to provide Trunked Mode and DMO Gateway testing for North Wales Police in Snowdonia in preparation for the Snowdonia SevensRace in August.
The Snowdonia Sevens Race is 19 miles up and over the peaks around Llanberis including Snowdon itself. Teams from most of the UK Police Forces enter, and this year it will be policed on the United Kingdom's new National TETRA Public Safety Radio network, hence the testing required to determine actual performance and to identify locations where a DMO Gateway will be necessary.
Samdale will be supporting North Wales Police for the actual event in August.
