SPV-95 "First Outing"
Samdale's latest TETRA Service Survey Vehicle for "reaching the parts other vehicles cannot reach!"
The small "buggy" previewed on the Samdale stand at BAPCO in April had its first "outing" in the Welsh Mountains/Forests recently.
The versatile "go anywhere" vehicle seats two (albeit very snugly) and is fitted with a Handportable Car Kit, Detachable Vehicle Terminal, GPI TETRA Antenna, auxiliary power supplies and detachable Ruggedized Computer System for measuring TETRA Service Performance in the harshest most remote environments.
Samdale is increasingly getting involved with testing the the new National TETRA Public Safety Radio Service in the more remote parts of the United Kingdom and SPV-95 is ideally suited to some of the more challenging locations.
It is light enough for two people to lift, has a 150+ mile range on unleaded fuel and has a top speed of 50 MPH.
It is fully road legal, and is towed behind one of our larger SPVs for deployment to site.
